karendc blew my mind with a post at dKos this morning.

Maybe that is an unfortunate idiom, in light of the fact that it deals with the problem of US soldiers getting shot in the head. But, at this point, worrying about the appropriateness of idiomatic phrases seems awfully indulgent.

I recommend viewing it on Windows Media Player. I was able to see the beginning pretty well, and really enjoyed the JK-Hottness-Through-the-Ages montage (my term, not CBC's), but video-loading trouble kicked in before I could do any serious tie-spotting. Harumph. At least the audio worked, so I didn't have to miss even a second of the wicked smaht.

I did notice that JK was sporting a shirt with vertical stripes, which was most clever of him. I mean, if you've got to go on TV, for heaven's sake, do your best to look tall and thin, right?

Any Kerrycrat who can distinguish the Senator from the columns and take a stab at what tie he's got on wins at streaming Canadian video. For real.
